Jeremy Swearengin-
​
Is a husband, father, veteran, and lifelong storyteller. He’s been crafting short stories and novels since childhood, earning his first writing awards at the age of nine. Today, he writes speculative and crime fiction that explores the darker corners of human nature and resilience.

Born in Bree, Belgium, and raised in Washington State, Jeremy now lives in Duvall, WA, with his wife and daughter.
​
A U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Jeremy served during the 1990s before beginning a 28-year (and counting) career as a firefighter. He currently holds the rank of lieutenant at a major international airport.

Jeremy earned a BA in Business from Marylhurst University and is now pursuing a Master of Liberal Arts in Creative Writing at Harvard Extension School, continuing his lifelong passion for storytelling.
